Ms. Natalie Kinloch is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The FBCL, a Canadian federal parent Crown corporation managing and overseeing four international bridge locations in Ontario (Sault Ste. Marie, Point Edward, Lansdowne and Cornwall). Combined, this international bridge portfolio enables in excess of nine million transits and $200B in trade annually. Ms. Kinloch was first appointed in 2019 to the role by Governor in Council on recommendation of the Minister of Transport and has, in 2024, been renewed for another five-year term.

Ms. Kinloch is a member of The FBCL Board of Directors, the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Seaway International Bridge Corporation, Ltd., as well as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Sault Ste. Marie Bridge Authority, as well as the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority.

Ms. Kinloch has been with The FBCL since 2009. She first served as its Chief Financial and Operating Officer responsible for The FBCL’s bridge portfolio with incremental accountability for infrastructure and asset management, corporate planning and risk and government liaison. She has over 25 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives and steering businesses in the private and public sectors.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Kinloch was as an executive at the National Capital Commission where she held senior positions in corporate planning and government affairs. She began her professional journey with PwC and also worked in the high-tech industry.

She is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA, CA), a Chartered Director of McMaster University’s Directors College (C.Dir.) and has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, Specialization in Accounting from the University of Ottawa.
